Overview
Part-Time, Instructors for Allied Health – Hutchinson Community College
This role involves teaching technical and transfer courses in Allied Health fields. Qualification requirements depend on degree/course type; relevant work experience, credentials, and professional development may be considered to meet requirements.
Responsibilities- Instruct health information management programs (e.g., Cancer Registry Management, Healthcare Coding Specialist, IT in Healthcare).
- Instruct Healthcare Training programs (e.g., Certified Nursing Aide, Certified Medication Aide, Home Health Aide, Phlebotomy, IV Therapy, Social Services/Activities Director, Rehabilitation Aide, Nutritionist).
- Instruct Nursing RN, Practical Nursing, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiology Technology, Respiratory Therapist, Sports Athletic Trainer, Surgical Technologist courses.
- Relevant work experience, degree, and/or credentials for the course/discipline.
- Industry-recognized credential/certification and professional development may be considered.
- Ability to teach both technical and transfer courses.
