Work Location: Hutchinson, KS | Full-Time | Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your work directly impacts our customers, production teams, and on‑time delivery.

• Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (safely and correctly)
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with attention to detail
• Pick, pack, label, trim, cut, and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet Seat King standards
• Enter data, process transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy in the Syteline ERP system
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory and packaging material levels
• Collaborate closely with logistics, customer service, and production teams to keep work flowing
• Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines
• Identify issues, think creatively, and suggest process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
• Follow all safety, security, and ISO 9001 protocols—every time
• Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or domestic shipping systems is a plus
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (Syteline experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a physical environment
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
