Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

To prepare and print graphics/news require mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technological problems, maintaining print equipment and performing other work‑oriented tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Follow the safety procedures and practices outlined on the Safety Placard for each piece of equipment.
• Know and understand how to operate presses.
• Know registration and set‑ups.
Know how to sharpen a squeegee.
• Know and understand most aspects of printing from fine line to 4‑color.

• Prepare, print and finish screen‑printed graphics.
• Know and understand how to troubleshoot and correct printing problems.
• Know how to print a sharp, crisp image with a low error rate.
• Know inks and how they cure or dry.
• Know how to test UV cured inks.
• Have a low error rate.
• Take initiative and show leadership.
• Have an outstanding attention to permitirá detail.

Physical Demands
• Occasional walking, sitting, Chemistry across midline, pinching/picking, feeling, steps in/out of machine, and climbing.
• Occasional fliting/lowering, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent changing position, reaching, handling.
• Constant standing.
• Exert 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.
