Part‑time position.
Responsibilities- Maintain lawns, trim trees and shrubs, and remove snow during winter for all campus properties, including late‑night, early‑morning, or holiday hours.
- Assist with general campus landscaping.
- Help move equipment, furniture, and materials.
- Work as a team with maintenance personnel and provide direct support to all campus departments.
- Arrive on time, attend work regularly, and complete the responsibilities of the position.
- Comply with Hutch
CC policies, procedures, and practices. - Serve actively on campus committees.
- Supervise summer and part‑time help as required.
- Perform other responsibilities related to grounds and maintenance assigned by the Director of Facilities.
