Quality inspections consist of physical inspections as well as inspection of documentation. Quality inspectors conduct inspections of materials identified by the technology team. Inspections are conducted through the inspection control plans outlined in the current SAP system.

• Perform required inspections, checks, analyses, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory specifications
• Review production records for adherence to established procedures
• Evaluate non-conformances and document findings for engineering dispositions in accordance with Siemens Energy QMS
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrate aptitude for learning and willingness to cross‑train across all quality areas
• Successfully complete a quality competency test

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Business and technical writing experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in using precision quality measuring tools and equipment
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills and basic project management capabilities
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authority. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
