Papa Murphy's, a rapidly growing chain of Take 'N' Bake restaurants is currently seeking full-time General Manager's for the Hutchinson, KS location. The successful candidate will possess professionalism, outstanding people skills, a desire for first class customer service and a high commitment to succeed. The selected individuals will have an opportunity to work with the largest franchise group in KS, who offers an excellent compensation package + bonus.

Previous pizza experience is preferred but not needed.

• Ensure that Papa Murphy's standards for operations are met in the store
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction with every transaction
• Control store profits and loss with optimum food and labor costs and minimizing waste
• Communicating store status and opportunities to the leadership group
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Make the highest quality pizzas at a fast pace with a great attitude

Candidates must be 18 years or older and a high school graduate (or equivalent).
