The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value while Appreciating the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required for completing assignments.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor surfaces are hard (concrete, asphalt).
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain safety and productivity standards according to company guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
