We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our advertising sales team in the fast-paced media/technology industry. This position is responsible for selling advertising solutions to new and existing clients by phone and email. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping local businesses grow through effective media exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of advertisers through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business goals and recommend tailored solutions (digital, technology & security).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small- to mid-sized business clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, rate quotes, and campaign recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure ad materials are submitted on time and correctly formatted.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or internal system).
  • Upsell existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, media sales, or advertising.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and cold-calling new prospects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in digital marketing sales or technology sales.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign management.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting and performance metrics (CPM, impressions, click-through rates).
