Sales Representative – Legend Senior Living®

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.

• Perform initial contact, follow‑up contact, and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
• Assure community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
• Develop and execute lead events according to approved event schedule
• Maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document all sales activity
• Assist with the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinate the 100 Hours/100 Days program

• Prefer prior experience in sales, sales support or a similar field
• Prefer college degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study
