At XP League we create a positive, team-based environment where kids aged 7–17 build gaming skills and life skills like communication, leadership, and strategic thinking. Our programs blend competition and personal growth, in the same way as traditional athletics, and we’re looking for passionate, responsible coaches to help lead the way.

As an Esports Coach, you’ll work side-by-side with our other coaches to evaluate players, guide game skill development and manage team dynamics. You’ll learn to manage a group, lead lessons, support student growth, and communicate professionally with families.
This role is on-site in our Hutchinson location.

• Evaluating game skill and team dynamics to build competitive teams
• Leading and supporting on-going, weekly practices and matches
• Co-facilitating with our coaching team to deliver high-quality instruction
• Engaging students in activities that build teamwork, communication, and game knowledge
• Managing group dynamics in a classroom-style setting
• Conducting and evaluating skills assessments
• Providing friendly, proactive customer service to parents and guardians
• Assisting with daily operations and setup/cleanup

• Hands-on experience teaching and managing a youth group
• Real-world skills in communication, leadership, and program execution
• Exposure to esports, education, and youth development industries
• Mentorship from experienced coaches, both locally and across the national league
• A fun, fast-paced work environment where your contributions matter

• Experience working with youth is required (e.g., camp counselor, babysitting, tutoring, classroom aide, etc.)
• Reliability is essential. You must be punctual, dependable, and proactive. Working hours vary, but are typically during the evenings and Saturdays. Daytime hours during the summer or for special events may also be possible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and stay organized in a lively setting
• Comfort engaging with parents and representing the brand professionally
• Familiarity with esports or gaming
