We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team as a Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating eye diseases, as well as performing surgical procedures. As a Partner, you will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

REC has a team of 35 professionals including two ophthalmologists and two optometrists. Together, the team delivers full-service ophthalmology and optometry services, providing family eye care and a wide range of medical and surgical care, including pediatrics. The practice includes an optical retail center, the ophthalmology clinic, and an ASC. All three services operate out of the same building, located 60 miles west of downtown Minneapolis.

About Unifeye Vision Partners

Unifeye Vision Partners was formed to partner with leading eye care providers in targeted markets throughout the United States. The company provides management and support services to ophthalmology and optometry practices, as well as single-specialty eye surgery centers. UVP extends its operations to a network of 140 providers, 55 clinic locations, and 14 ambulatory surgery centers.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions
  • Perform surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal transplants
  • Manage patient care, including follow-up appointments and consultations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including optometrists and primary care physicians
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Ophthalmology
  • Valid medical license in the state of Minnesota
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ophthalmology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
