Job Description

Loan Officer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with new and current customers.
• Contact customers to discuss loan needs.
• Evaluate credit and financial histories.
• Determine the best loan products for the customer's needs.
• Process and submit loan applications and documentation.
• Advise clients on loan status.
• Maintain and update client account records.
• Coordinate with the team to meet the scheduled closing date.

Education & Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a mortgage lender or mortgage loan processor.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal loan regulations, including TRID.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Navigator, Encompass, or other mortgage loan processing platforms.
• An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic team-oriented personality.

This role's typical annual/hourly base pay range is between $29 and $44 per hour. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on organizational and personal performance.
