Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Hutchinson, MN
. AHL Healthcare Group, Inc. operates Community Residential Settings (CRS) homes for adults with developmental disabilities or mental illness across Minnesota. Our corporate office is in Duluth, and we manage multiple CRS homes in various regions. We value teamwork, a sense of home for clients and staff, and opportunities for professional growth.

We are seeking extraordinary, kind, selfless, compassionate individuals who can act as advocates, supporters, educators, and caregivers to individuals with disabilities. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings centered around the people we support with the goal of enriching their lives while ensuring safety and well-being.

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration and documenting services provided daily in electronic records.
• Socializing with residents and helping them enjoy activities such as games, movies, shopping, walks, bonfires, or fishing.
• Going to appointments and outings with clients.

Compensation: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour

• 18 years or older
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean driving record

This is typically a part-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time opportunities may occasionally become available. We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Examples include:

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
