MRP is searching for passionate and agile Folder Gluer Assistants who are problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Folder Gluer Assistant in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring glued folding cartons are packed in corrugated cases according to pre-determined specifications.

- Feed folder/gluer (per operator's direction).
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and empty waste bins.
- Strip excess material from product (based on job ticket information).
- Read job ticket to make sure the job is done correctly.
- Store and assemble shipping containers.
- Gather and pack product, per job specifications.
- Make labels for packing cartons, as needed.
- Possess an ability to work together as a Folder Gluer Team and embrace how your job impacts the whole team. You are the person “behind the scenes” making it happen.
- Can accept feedback and use it to grow in your position.
- Must have basic computer skills or the ability to learn basic skills.
- Excellent endurance to stand and move about the work area all day.
- A high level of organizational skills to make sure the job is ready to go.

- Passionate and positive “can do” attitude and loves to work as a team
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with quality assurance
The physical requirements and work environment:
Work exclusively in the production area, with light and heavy equipment where you stand and walk during your entire shift and lift stacks of paper product. Bending, lifting and reaching as needed. Exposed to elevated noise levels throughout work shift, hearing protection use is mandatory while in production area. May bend, squat, climb up onto the machine as needed for repairs and/or general maintenance and set up.
