No manufacturing experience required. $1000 Welcome Bonus - Day Shift. Shifts Available: 6pm – 6am (Night).

• 4 days on, 4 days off (4x4 shift structure, 12-hour shift)

• Base pay: $20.50-$27.22/hour (depending on experience)
• +$2/hr night shift differential

This position directly supports the material mixing and tool coating functions by staging mixed material hoppers on production floor, disposing of scrap material, and preparing PEX Tools for extrusion.

• Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level
• Operates all tool processing equipment
• Handles raw materials
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas
• Monitors all functions of Mixer, and documents data on Production Log
• Maintains communications with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group
• Handles and disposes of scrap material
• Seeks opportunities to contribute to business success through lean initiatives

• High school education or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Basic mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift
• Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.50-$27.22/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Please note that this range represents the full base hourly rate for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
