$1000 Welcome Bonus - Day Shift
Shifts Available: 6pm – 6am (Night)
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (4x4 shift structure, 12-hour shift)
Pay: $20.50–$27.22/hour base pay (depending on experience) plus $2/hour night shift differential.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: This position directly supports the material mixing and tool coating functions by staging mixed material hoppers on production floor, disposing of scrap material, and preparing PEX Tools for extrusion.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Mixer at a high efficiency level
- Operate all tool processing equipment
- Handle raw materials
- Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas
- Monitor all functions of Mixer and document all data on Production Log
- Maintain communications with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group
- Handle and dispose of scrap material
- Seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
- Must be able to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
- Manufacturing experience of 1–3 years is preferred but not required.

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.50–$27.22/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
