$1000 Welcome Bonus - Day Shift

Shifts Available: 6pm – 6am (Night)

Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (4x4 shift structure, 12-hour shift)

Pay: $20.50–$27.22/hour base pay (depending on experience) plus $2/hour night shift differential.

Job Description: This position directly supports the material mixing and tool coating functions by staging mixed material hoppers on production floor, disposing of scrap material, and preparing PEX Tools for extrusion.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Mixer at a high efficiency level
• Operate all tool processing equipment
• Handle raw materials
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas
• Monitor all functions of Mixer and document all data on Production Log
• Maintain communications with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group
• Handle and dispose of scrap material
• Seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Manufacturing experience of 1–3 years is preferred but not required.
