• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while maintaining compliance with laws and safety policies.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and perform pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures that affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about available resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support the store’s objectives by understanding department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of remaining mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable and prompt attendance.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
