Warehouse Laborer Day Shift

Compensation: $23.00 per hour – paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a food ingredients manufacturing and distribution company in Hutchinson, MN. In this role, you'll support a temporary warehouse pallet-cleaning and fumigation project while helping maintain warehouse organization and customer order preparation. • Clean designated pallets using approved tools and methods
• Restack cleaned pallets safely and maintain organized staging areas
• Move pallets using a pallet jack as directed
• Assist warehouse staff with customer order preparation and support tasks
• Maintain clean work areas and properly dispose of debris and rejected materials
• Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety procedures
• Support warehouse organization, staging, and pallet-handling activities

• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to safely use a pallet jack after training
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; heavier items may require team lifting
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work in an active warehouse environment that may include dust, debris, and cleaning activities
• Previous warehouse, sanitation, pallet-handling, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all company safety requirements
