A Customer Care Expert is focused on building lifelong relationships through incredible experiences for customers. Successful CCEs demonstrate a genuine interest in how SALT services can help meet customers' home needs. CCEs present options to customers to make their experience seamless and convenient.
WHAT TO EXPECT:- Manage large amounts of inbound customer service calls with efficiency and courtesy
- Handle overflow appointment requests
- Handle on-call as needed
- Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations
- 18 years or older
- Teachable
- Professional and kind phone presence
- Problem solving capabilities
- Customer Care experience preferred
- Passing of a drug screening and background check
- Must be able to follow/utilize playbook when handling different topics/conversations
- Put customers at the center of everything you do

- Possess strong character and values
- Work effectively with the team
