- Must be able to perform up to firm pressure & deep tissue therapeutic massage.
- Massage License/Certification or proof that application has been submitted.
- Adherence to local and state licensing/ certification laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Professional liability insurance required.
- Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful interactions.
- Continue to expand massage skills and abilities.
- Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs.
- Maintain detailed treatment records.
- Complete massage-related side work.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Promote health and wellness to clients and convey the benefits of massage therapy.
- Sign on bonus paid out after 30 days.
- Average earning expectation of $50–$55+ per service hour (including tips).
- Potential to make up to $75,000 per year.
