LPC​/LCSW Therapist

We are assisting a nonprofit healthcare provider in seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience providing counseling services to patients of all ages. The clinician will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and initial interviews to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, establish diagnoses using DSM-5-TR criteria and appropriate screening tools, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include providing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults through in-person and telehealth services, collaborating with patients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring treatment progress, and promoting improved mental health and overall well-being.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Experience providing counseling and therapeutic services to patients of all ages.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
• Extensive knowledge of DSM-5-TR and experience conducting clinical interviews and using mental health screening tools.
• Ability to assess patient safety needs and coordinate referrals to appropriate levels of care.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHRs) for clinical documentation and care coordination.

The employer is offering a salary range starting at $74,000 with the potential to increase based on experience.
