Restaurant Assistant Manager – Mighty Fine Burgers
We’re the Austin-based burger place where “Quality is Everything!” Since 2007, Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes serves with freshest ingredients and a side of Texas Hospitality.
Base Pay Range$55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times.
- Help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
- Good math and reporting skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Communication and team management abilities.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
- High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision.
