Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Food Safety
- Internal Communication
- Inventory Management
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Managing Crew
- Quality Food Production
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Safety and Security
- Scheduling
- Training

Pay rate is 14/hr and up for certified Shift Managers. This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. If you are hired for this posting, the independent franchisee will be your employer.
