Hourly: $20.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Dry Force is hiring a full‑time Technician to remove, replace, and repair water‑damaged materials. Technicians are the first point of contact for clients after a traumatic event, so they must provide excellent customer service and show empathy.

• Remove and replace damaged water‑damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the U.S.
