We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Wireman Electrician who can provide high-quality electrical services while fostering positive customer relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns.
- Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers.
- Offer expert advice on energy-efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades.
- Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs.
- Leave work spaces clean and organized after completing jobs.
- Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions.
- Adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond promptly to emergency calls.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred).
- Texas Residential Wireman License.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field.
- Service Titan Experience.
- Residential Service Experience.
SCHEDULE:
- Availability to work Monday
- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily tasks are complete).
SALARY:
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 based on experience and knowledge.
- SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LICENSED WIREMAN: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment.
