SUMMARY OF ROLE:

SALT Service Co. is a growing company that provides efficient and effective solutions to its customers. We are currently looking for a talented Residential Journeyman Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical services while fostering positive customer relationships through exceptional people skills. QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
• Texas Residential Journeyman License
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Exhibit strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
• Explain electrical issues and proposed solutions in a clear and understandable manner
• Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
• Offer expert advice on energy-efficient solutions, safety measures and potential upgrades to a client's home

2.Technical Proficiency:

• Perform a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local codes/city ordinances and safety regulation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies

3. Quality Workmanship:

• Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task undertaken
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
• Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs
• Leave work spaces clean and organized after completing jobs

4. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions
• Adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot effectively
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond to emergency calls promptly

5. Professionalism:

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Arrive on time for training, appointments and complete tasks efficiently
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity
• Conduct oneself with courtesy, respect, and patience at all times

****SCHEDULE:

• 7:00am-3:30pm (or until jobs for the day are complete)
• Monday - Friday
