The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of all materials, equipment, and personnel within the Warehouse Department. This role ensures technicians are properly supported while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment that aligns with the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Culture- Create a positive work environment by fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Track departmental spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to align on cost controls and purchasing strategies.
- Create warehouse purchase orders and replenishment requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring materials are logged, verified, and distributed efficiently.
- Monitor open orders and warehouse backorders to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively communicate order status, delays, or changes to internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Excludes:
Purchasing of back orders (handled by the Purchasing Manager).
- Liaise with suppliers to track warehouse backorder status, delivery timelines, and resolve part-related issues or returns.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery standards are met.
- Professional Presence: Maintain an approachable, respectful, and professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide consistent administrative and operational support to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate accuracy and precision in all tasks, especially in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and reporting.

- Availability to work Monday
- Friday from 6:30AM-3:00PM
- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience and knowledge.
