Materials Coordinator - Temporary

Summary: The Materials Coordinator will work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure the timely processing and accurate accounting of the rotables pool.

Primary Responsibilities:

• In-process rotables from the maintenance group
• Refine tracking procedures for rotables
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely processing of rotables
• Receive rotables into stock from vendors
• Monitor rotables pool to meet minimum levels
• Identify time-sensitive items and ensure availability
• Expedite past due orders for critical spare requirements
• Partner with store room clerks for pre-draw of materials
• Shipping and receiving duties
• Support weekly inventory cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and FAA regulations
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• IT acumen and ability to learn systems in an IT-heavy environment
• Willingness to travel
• Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Goal-oriented, detail-focused, able to work independently and in teams
• Positive attitude, problem solver, creative thinker
• Knowledge of Cape Air and embodying the MOCHA HAGoTDI spirit
