Banquet Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to oversee banquet operations and ensure exceptional event execution from planning through completion. In this role, you will coordinate with clients, culinary teams, and service staff to deliver memorable experiences that meet high standards for quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

• Manage banquet functions; to include social groups, corporate meetings and associations.
• Able to read Banquet Event Orders and execute per the event order
• Partner with clients to understand event requirements, timelines, and service expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop staffing schedules and assign team members based on event needs.
• Oversee setup, breakdown, and arrangement of banquet spaces according to event specifications.
• Monitor service quality throughout events and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for banquet operations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.
• Review event details, timelines, and special requests to confirm accuracy and readiness.
• Support budget control and help maximize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in banquet, catering, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Familiarity with banquet setup, service standards, and event logistics.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
