Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with weekend rotation 1x per 4 weeks

What You’ll Do- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
- Manage a steady caseload of approximately 5–6 visits per day (25–28 per week)
- Perform patient admissions and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver care focused on orthopedic recovery, wound care, palliative care, and post-discharge support
- Document care in real time using EPIC
- Collaborate closely with an intake and support team to ensure safety and quality
- Structured Support: Detailed processes and a dedicated education team to help you succeed
- Safety First: Intake evaluations, alert systems, and real-time communication tools for your security
- Community Connection: Care for patients within a small, reasonable travel radius — mileage reimbursement provided ($0.70/mile over 30 miles)
- Work-Life Balance: Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with every fourth weekend rotation and weekday flexibility
- Union-based pay ranging from $33.70 to $55.01 per hour, based on experience
- $7,500 sign-on bonus (paid at 4 and 12 months)
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time off
- Relocation assistance available (case by case)
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 6–12 months of RN experience; home health preferred, but acute care, long-term care, or clinic experience also considered
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with real-time documentation
New nurses are paired with an experienced educator for up to two weeks of onboarding to ensure confidence and success in the role.
