Job Description

At Cosmo Prof, we serve licensed professionals in the Beauty Industry and aim to inspire our salon professional customers. We focus on providing an EPIC experience based on Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community.

As a Store Manager, you should be a proven leader with a drive to succeed, capable of working in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Your role involves leading, coaching, and driving results through your team to bring the Hair and Beauty world to our customers.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations, meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and development.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty products.
