• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry: exams, diagnosis, treatment planning
• Perform restorative and surgical procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices and clinical advancements

• Active Maryland dental license (required)
• Experience as a General Dentist (preferred, but motivated newer grads considered)
• Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
• Clear communication skills with patients and team
• Commitment to quality care and ethical dentistry

• 20–40 hours per week (full-time or part-time)
• Monday to Friday
• $350,000+ annual earning potential (based on production)
• $10,000 signing bonus
