Education: Two years of college OR a Para educator Certificate (a degree in education or social services is a plus).
Experience: Experience working with children who need extra social, emotional, or behavioral support.
Skills: Clear communication, patience, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
Safety: Must pass a background check (position handles confidential student records).
Physical Needs: Ability to move, walk, stand, bend, and supervise active elementary kids.
