Conversion Crew Member

Washington Commanders is seeking Seasonal Set Up Crew Members at Northwest Stadium. This role is seasonal part‑time and event‑based, responsible for set up, execution, conversion, and breakdown for events hosted at Northwest Stadium, including internal meetings, externally sold events, Commanders home games, concerts, and more. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive and professional attitude, diligent organization skills, and a willingness to learn.

We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑task setting to help the Operations Department facilitate a successful 2026 football and events season.

• Work within established operating procedures for facility maintenance and event conversions, meeting the specific needs of the facility and event.
• Assist with event preparation duties, including (but not limited to) setting up tables, chairs, tents, pipe‑and‑drage, stages, stanchions, signage, and bike racks.
• Set building configuration according to the standard operating procedure for each individual event.
• Conduct a physical inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure correct setup and patron safety.
• Organize and maintain order in storage areas.
• Respond to requests from management, vendors, event organizers/planners, and team members in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Age 18 and over with a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to anticipate, plan, recommend, implement, and follow through with tasks required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, 50 lbs, and 80 lbs regularly.

• Previous experience within a sports or events field.
• Hourly Rate: $15
