• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and with virtual tools—video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25–35 hours weekly during the tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Compensation may include incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans.
