Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

As an LCMFT, you will provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families while supporting clinicians who are building their licensure hours. The role emphasizes relational treatment models, supervision, and maintaining consistent clinical standards across care delivery.

• Conduct telehealth sessions using family systems approaches
• Supervise associate marriage and family therapists
• Review clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with Maryland MFT regulations

• Active Maryland LCMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience providing supervision or clinical guidance
• Familiarity with relational and systemic treatment models
• Ability to manage a structured remote schedule
