The stadium hosts Commanders home games, major concerts, and large‑scale events, offering a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with a strong focus on guest experience and premium hospitality. Lead the engine that powers unforgettable guest experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of operations leadership experience in large‑scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
• Experience managing multi‑department operations and large hourly work forces
• Proficiency with operational budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to large venues

• Oversee all operational departments to ensure consistent execution of venue standards
• Develop and manage operational budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with culinary, finance, HR, and event partners to support venue goals
• Lead operational planning and execution for large‑scale events
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
