Hardware Engineer, IT Support
Description
The Enterprise hardware team supports various projects at all locations throughout the DMV. This team will focus on projects that require travel to all locations. They will refresh TC scanners, iPads, printers, and other hardware. Technicians will perform site assessments at primary hospitals and 120 outpatient facilities, take inventory of hardware assets, and assess what hardware will need to be phased out or upgraded.
After site assessments are completed, the team will deploy new hardware throughout the facilities. A key component of this role is documenting and tracking assets in an organized fashion via Microsoft Excel. The deployment will require standard hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution for laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other medical equipment. Technicians should have prior knowledge and experience mapping printers and drivers to new devices for end users.
