Overview
At Future Care our Maintenance Directors is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance prevention program within the facility and determines the need for emergency renovation, carpentry services, plumbing, electrical, and other Cordoning services as needed.

Competitive Pay $31.25 - $39.42/hr!
Salary Disclosure StatementThe salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.
Responsibilities- Oversee and approve all necessary repairs/improvements for the facility systems and processes to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate safety records and logs and produce required reports as needed
- Supervise and monitor maintenance staff and maintenance contractors working in the facility
- Provide ongoing preventative maintenance and upkeep of the facility, building, building systems, fire/safety equipment and medical equipment
- Inspect maintenance work for quality, safety, and compliance
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment (workshop)
- Verify daily logs of refrigerator temperatures
- Validate daily test and logs of water temperatures within the facility
- Mandate and observe budgetary guidelines regarding supplies and service and follows proper procedure as if relates to purchase order system and approval before ordering supplies
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Acts as chairperson for Safety Committee
- Abide by the standards identified in Future Care’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan nurse.
