Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – Double Time on Extended Shifts

We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to deliver our portfolio of disruptive innovation projects in food science. This hourly role offers OT pay and double time on extended shifts, with an hourly rate of $30–$34.50 based on experience.

• Maintain GMP and excellent housekeeping practices throughout the shift in accordance with SOP.
• Operate, monitor, diagnose, and perform minor troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimum performance.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in at least two of the following systems areas:
  Bulk material transfer, Processing, Packaging, Facilities/utilities.
• Perform other duties that are equivalent in skill to job requirements as required.

• High School Diploma/GED or Technical/Trade School graduate; apprenticeship program acceptable.
• 2–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience with expert knowledge in three systems areas.
• Knowledge and skill equivalent to two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment handling all levels of power voltage.
• Experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in maintenance of Large Fuel Distribution Systems and Heavy Equipment.
• Strong team player or individual contributor with track record of success on high performance teams.
• Knowledge of computers.

Must navigate a production floor with variable temperatures, dust, and particulates. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, crouch, push, lift, and pull raw materials up to 60 lb.

• Manufacturing plant environment.
• Mechanical equipment with moving parts.
• Exposure to high noise levels, dust, heat, cold, and fumes from chemicals used in flavorings.
