Leasing Consultant

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional floating Leasing Consultant for a full-time (40 hours per week) position at two beautiful apartment communities in Maryland. Renaissance Square and The Residences at Spring book are both tax-credit multifamily communities. This is a full time floating position, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.

• 2+ prior property management Leasing Consultant experience
• Motivated and sales oriented
• Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
• Tax credit housing experience is a plus
• Must have a state issued license and have reliable transportation
