Bring flavor and leadership to the table! As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in culinary execution and team development. You’ll assist in creating outstanding guest experiences by maintaining Levy’s high food standards, supporting kitchen operations, and fostering a culture of culinary excellence.

• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with menu development and production planning
• Ability to supervise culinary team members and delegate tasks
• Experience with inventory systems and cost controls

• Supervise daily back‑of‑house operations and staff
• Support Executive Chef with production schedules and prep
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and timeliness
• Uphold safety and sanitation compliance
• Assist with inventory management and vendor orders
• Train and mentor culinary staff on Levy standards
