Line Cook Position - The Park at 14th

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes according to our restaurant's standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellent food and dining experience.

As a Line Cook at The Park at 14th, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies and equipment
• Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards
• Monitor food quality throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
  
  Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

• 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Serv Safe certification preferred
