We’re looking for an
Outside Sales Representative
who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and drive growth across the
DC/Northern VA territory
.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and building owners.
• Identify and qualify prospects, manage your sales pipeline, and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales and an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on products and market trends through ongoing training and workshops.
• Work from our Hanover, MD office twice a month to collaborate with your team.

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of sales experience (commercial or industrial sales a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A results-driven mindset and passion for providing top-tier customer service
