Dispatcher​/Scheduler

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services, ensuring timely and efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Create and route schedule
• Perform confirmation calls
• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for clients
• Monitor and track vehicle locations and status to ensure timely trips
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other team members
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust routes as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, routes, and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using scheduling software and GPS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be a self starter and team player
• Proficient with MS Excel, One Drive, Teams, and Outlook

• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation is a plus

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

$22.15 hr plus an additional $5.09 hr in H&W benefits
