Role

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience in US and Domestic Accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Quick Books and Tally, solid expertise in account reconciliation, good exposure to MS Excel, and practical experience in Timesheets, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle US and Domestic accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Maintain accounting records using Quick Books (US accounting) and Tally (Domestic accounting)
- Process and validate timesheets to ensure accurate billing
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
- Generate and process invoices, including Tech Mahindra (TechM) invoicing, track collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and MIS reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handle US 1099 processing and compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Utilize MS Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Education:

B.Com or higher (M.Com, MBA – Finance, CA Inter preferred)

- Experience:

3–4 years in US & Domestic Accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books and Tally
- Hands-on experience in Timesheets, AP, AR, and Invoicing, including TechM invoicing
- Expertise in account reconciliation
- Working knowledge of US 1099 compliance
- Good exposure to MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
