About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented  US Accounts Executive  to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our US clientele. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong expertise in US accounting processes, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage  Accounts Receivable (AR)  and  Accounts Payable (AP)  processes.
Handle  client invoicing , payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records in  Quick Books .
Collect and verify  timesheets  from consultants.
Coordinate  payroll processing  and ensure timely disbursement.
Assist with employee  benefits administration  (PF, Insurance etc.).

Skills:

3+ years of experience in US accounting/Finance.
Proficiency in  Quick Books  and MS Excel.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of US payroll and benefits is a plus.
