Assistant Manager ​/ Deputy Manager – Plant Finance Controller

The role is responsible for  Plant Finance, Record-to-Report (R2R), GST compliance, statutory reporting, ERP governance, audit support, and cross-location financial reconciliations . You will work closely with Plant Operations, Stores, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Corporate Finance, and external auditors to ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Plant Finance, R2R, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
Handle manufacturing accounting, inventory, cost accounting, and expense control.
Drive  GST compliance , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill reconciliations.
Perform invoice, inventory, material movement, and stock transfer reconciliations.
Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure ERP compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, reconciliation dashboards, and management reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mysuru.
