Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Administrator to join our support team. This role is responsible for managing invoice processing, handling specialized client services, and supporting back-end operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with internal systems and client-facing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to client inquiries related to processing and billing.
- Handle unit uploads and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Provide white-glove service to high-value clients, ensuring exceptional support and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain and update records using internal applications and tools.
Qualifications
Tools & Systems:
- Internal Applications (proprietary systems)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Salesforce (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, billing, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with white-glove or high-touch clients.
- Familiarity with invoice processing workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
