Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Draft letters, memos, and other business communications professionally.
- Assist the MD in monitoring ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings.
- Conduct research and compile background information as requested.
- Ensure the MD is briefed on key matters ahead of meetings and engagements.
- Schedule travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to travel
- Relevant Experience (5-10years)
